Through the ownership programmes of The Moorings and Sunsail, a Turkish owner can buy a yacht that is placed at a charter base abroad, earns a guaranteed income and is managed for you, while you sail it, or a sister ship, on your holidays.
rudder&moor runs The Moorings and Sunsail operations in Türkiye and guides you in Turkish from first question to handover.

Guaranteed Income Program
- Buy or lease the yacht, with financing from 20% to 50% down payment
- Monthly income equivalent to 8% of the purchase price per year, fixed by contract

- Use sister ships at Moorings and Sunsail bases worldwide, no blackout dates
At the end of the programme
- Keep your yacht and sail away
- Sell it through the in-house brokerage (standard 10% commission)
- Trade in for a new yacht and a new programme
Option to Purchase (Greece and Thailand only)
- Join with a 45% down payment
- At the end, pay the final 20% and own the yacht outright
- Or take 20% of the initial price back in cash
