Membership and free months
Boat owners get 3 months free without a card. After that the membership is €29 per month, VAT included, only if you choose to continue by saving a card. Without a card your account pauses when the free months end.
Payments and invoices
Payments run through Mollie. You receive an invoice for every payment. Listing fees are €19 per sale listing and €29 per rental listing; Marine Guide listings are €39 per year and Academy providers €29 per year. Prices shown at checkout are final.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time yourself on the Cancel membership page. No further payments are taken. A month already paid stays usable until it ends. Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of a paid purchase; by using a paid service straight away you agree it starts immediately.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store and show it as needed to run the service, for example a listing you publish. Listings are reviewed before they go live and must be accurate and lawful.
BOP AI
BOP AI gives general guidance. It does not replace your manuals, a qualified technician or official safety rules. Always check important decisions.
Liability
We provide the service with care but cannot guarantee it is always available or error free. We are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence. Questions: alex@boatownersplatform.com.
